I, Karen Heshusius, was born in Bogotá, Colombia, raised by loving and supportive parents and I have a younger sister I adore. I’m an expert in self-discipline, passionate about personal transformation, vibrant food, travelling and leading a healthy lifestyle. If it weren’t for my love of walking and running, I’d be a mermaid. If they paid me for strokes and steps, I’d be a multimillionaire.

I hold a Masters in Economics, I’m a certified Laser Coach™ and, Advanced Pranic healer and Pranic psychotherapist. For 20 years, I’ve worked as a consultant in economic development for International Organizations, NGOs and Multinationals. Fortunate to travel around the world, I’ve met beautiful individuals, learned to connect deeply and identify inner motivations and, to serve as a bridge between people with different interests and backgrounds.

For over two decades I’ve practised and developed habits, strategies and practices for personal evolution and self-discovery. I’ve been broken down to nothingness and rebuilt myself multiple times. I’ve been lost, doubtful and paralyzed by fear. However, focusing on seeing circumstances as opportunities to evolve into a better Karen Heshusius has soothed my pain.

From the time I started meditating – around 20 years ago – I had this feeling that I’m here to help elevate human consciousness, but I didn’t understand how. Every morning I would ask: how can I serve more and better? How can I fully live, all the time, the purpose of my soul? Now I see that life is constantly whispering to us and we must dare to listen, trust and act.

During a trip to Japan in 2018 I got the inner confirmation of a long-standing insight. To better serve the world, I had to use the spoken and written word to help people free themselves from limiting rules and beliefs, to show them the realm of possibilities in any circumstance in order for them to reach clarity, peace and live their life more aligned with their authentic selves.I even remembered a conversation that made me realize I have been naturally living my mission since I was around 3 years old. Even though I helped daily at least one person in this way, the degree of focus, dedication and reach was no longer enough. I started noticing people who lived their life’s purpose full time. I felt real ENVY! The kind of envy that is covered with admiration and that, if allowed, pushes you forward.

My profound desire is to share my inner light to help more people become stronger. Staying in the comfort of the no exposure and playing small the purpose on my soul, is no longer an option. Here I am, exposed, open and with the absolute determination to accompany you in your journey however it looks. I’m here because I have the certainty -supported by my own life experience and by the countless people that I’ve helped to breathe lighter and be more themselves- that I can help you achieve extraordinary results in all aspects of your life and embody higher versions of yourself.

My vision is to reach thousands of people around the globe, yet knowing, that if I help one person each day to feel lighter, my life’s purpose is fulfilled. This is why Share Inner Light comes to life in 2020.
